Wedding Policy

Your wedding is the sharing of vows and promises for a lifetime commitment of love and faithfulness. That should be at the center of all your other plans and celebration.   We want very much to help you plan a ceremony that will reflect your uniqueness in the context of a joyous service of worship.

It is expected that any wedding performed in the church will be performed by the current pastor. If you have family, friends or other clergy you would like to invite to be a part of the ceremony, please talk that over with the pastor during your first meeting.

The pastor requires at least one pre-marital meeting with the couple. This should take place no less than six weeks prior to the wedding. It is the responsibility of the couple to contact the pastor and arrange the meeting date. More sessions may be scheduled at the request of the couple or at the discretion of the pastor.
